Additionally, upon sign-up, players are eligible for a 5% Rakeback, and they can claim a 5% win back on every wager as long as they remain a member of the site.

In our experience, making deposits on Metawin is a fairly straightforward process. Once connected, you can transfer ETH to your Metawin wallet within minutes. Alternatively, if you do not have crypto, you can easily make a direct purchase through the payment options on the platform. 

To cash out, Metawin supports an anonymous withdrawal process; all you have to do is transfer the amount you want to withdraw into your Ethereum wallet. Notably, the maximum amount you can withdraw is $20,000 plus your net deposit in 24 hours. 

KYC

KYC requirements are used to verify the identity of players especially when it comes to making withdrawals. The verification process often includes documents such as the player’s passport, ID, or driver’s license, proof of address, and source of funds.

Another downside to our Metawin experience is that there is no live chat option available. Support is offered via email with about 24 hours of response time. Also, support is only available in English, so Metawin could definitely do a lot better with customer support.

Our research showed that some of the terms and conditions on the Metawin site might be unfair to users. However, the majority of games offered on the site are provided by reputable software providers, and it also offers data encryption that assures us that customer data are safe. In conclusion, we would say that Metawin offers a provably fair casino gambling experience on the Ethereum blockchain.

We were able to deduce that the casino does not offer sufficient protection to its users in terms of preventing addiction and supporting players with a gambling problem. The only available option is the self-exclusion option. The site could do better by providing more safeguarding options. 

Conclusion

Overall, our perception of Metawin is that despite its shortcomings, there is definitely a lot to like about the platform, from its competitions that allow players to win cryptos and NFTs to the intuitive, user-friendly interface. However, there is still room for improvement. For one, the casino could offer more safeguard options to its users aside from self-exclusion.
